Dawn
I've been playing around again with what I've termed "anti-grid" paintings. In an attempt to speed-up the process, I used a smaller canvas, but same sized triangle as "Rose" (see earlier post). This leaves the face less defined and me somewhat ambivalent about this painting.
"Dawn", 30"x30", acrylic on canvas

Hey Brucey - wow! Even at 30x30 it is still a large painting! I wish you had photos of this painting (and others) next to a chair or something so people can see how large your awesome paintings are. Bet it is fabulous in person, I wouldn't be ambivilent about it at all.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tina. You are such an encourager!
ReplyDeleteI may try photo'ing some paintings next to something for relative size - good idea!
This is an awesome painting. I love the idea of anti grid!
